Hobbs Brockunier & Co. Glass EAPG Woman At Well Pack Horse 6 1/8" Creamer 1880s

This antique EAPG glass creamer is in Excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. Produced by Hobbs, Brockunier & Co. during the late Victorian period, circa 1880s, it features an attractive etched pastoral scene depicting a woman at a well beside a pack horse, surrounded by thistle-like floral motifs. The creamer has a pedestal foot, applied handle, and molded spout typical of elegant pressed glass tableware of the period.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

A beautiful example of 19th-century American pressed glass, this creamer combines a graceful pedestal form with an attractive engraved decoration. The detailed scene of a woman drawing water from a well with a laden horse nearby gives the piece a charming rural character. The clear glass body is further enhanced by engraved floral sprays around the upper portion of the creamer.

ITEM CONDITION

Excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The glass displays beautifully with light age-appropriate wear consistent with careful use. The engraved decoration remains crisp and well defined.
