Bing & Grondahl Porcelain #2298 Ida's Flowers Ebbe Sadolin Designed Vintage 5 1/2" Figurine 1952-1957
This is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks. Very nice Bing & Grondahl Porcelain Figurine. Designed by Ebbe Salodin this is titled 'Ida's Flowers'. It features a young girl sitting on a bench with fresh tulip flowers. The base has the Bing & Grondahl mark that dates it from 1952 to 1957.
ABOUT THE ARTIST

Ebbe Sadolin was a versatile artist, who worked both in porcelain painting, puppet teatre and illustrations. He travelled abroad often and worked on the development of interior design. He received a goldmedal for ceramic works in Paris in 1937. He was admitted to the Art Academy in 1918. Ebbe Sadolin was attached to Bing & Grondahl from 1927. Among other things he has designed many of the blanch-de-chine figurines.

This measures 5 1/2" High x 3" Wide at the widest point. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Figurine.
