PATTERN & DESIGN

The Orchid pattern is among Verlys' most admired floral designs, featuring large sculpted blossoms with flowing leaves and stems executed in satin-frosted relief. Inspired by the French art glass movement, Verlys combined molded glass techniques with elegant Art Deco styling to create pieces that remain highly collectible today. The dramatic contrast between the frosted orchids and clear glass background gives this large platter exceptional display presence.
