ITEM DESCRIPTION

This Fenton Carnival Glass bowl features the highly collectible Sailboats pattern, produced in the early 20th century during the original carnival glass era. The interior displays a series of detailed lake scenes with sailboats, framed by stippled, curved panels and separated by smaller windmill motifs. The design is crisp and well-defined, showcasing the quality of Fenton’s early mold work.

The exterior of the bowl features the Orange Tree pattern, a textured surface with raised fruit and leaf elements that add depth and visual interest. This combination of Sailboats interior with Orange Tree exterior is a documented and desirable variation, adding to the piece’s appeal among collectors.

The bowl is finished in vibrant marigold iridescence over clear glass, producing a warm, glowing effect that shifts beautifully in the light.
