ITEM DESCRIPTION

Authentic vintage Syracuse China restaurant ware salad plate measuring approximately 7 1/4" diameter. Produced in the durable Old Ivory body with a warm ivory glaze and decorated with a rich brown transfer floral scroll border.

Backstamp reads:
9-EE Syracuse China U.S.A.

Date code 9-EE corresponds to September 1950 production.

This pattern features a symmetrical floral and vine motif with stylized blossoms and scrolling leaves framing the rim, leaving a clean ivory well. Classic hotel and institutional ware known for its durability and understated elegance.

ITEM CONDITION

Very Good vintage condition.
No chips. No cracks. No crazing.

There are utensil marks and surface scratches in the well consistent with normal restaurant use. Gloss remains strong and the brown transfer design displays beautifully.
