JAPANESE SIGNED ART POTTERY CERAMIC SATSUMA COUNTRY SCENE 4 1/4" TEA CUP TUMBLER
This one is in Excellent Condition with No Chips, No Cracks, NOTE: there is natural crazing throughout and wear to the gold on the rim. Very nice art Japanese traditional pottery tea cup or tumbler. This cylinder shaped cup features a mountain country scene with five men on a path. There are mountains and hills in the background with trees and foliage surrounding the travelers. Under the scene, there is a band of rust colored paint and geometric scrolling with a thin rust colored line under it. There is also gold on the rim and the base has been stamped.
This measures 4 1/4" High x 3" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this tea cup tumbler.
