Little Ballerina Rose depicts a young dancer gracefully leaning forward, tying her ballet slipper. She wears a delicate rose-pink tutu accented with green and has matching pink flowers decorating her dark hair.

The ballerina's graceful pose, extended leg, delicate ballet slippers, and hand-painted facial features give the figure a wonderful sense of movement. Soft rose-pink and green coloring creates a particularly charming presentation.

PATTERN & DESIGN

Little Ballerina Rose is a charming example of Betty Harrington's graceful dancer designs for Ceramic Arts Studio. The young ballerina is captured in a delicate pose, leaning forward as she ties her ballet slipper.

Her rose-pink tutu, floral hair decoration, ballet slippers, and soft green accents create a lovely pastel color palette. The sculpted folds of the tutu and carefully modeled pose add movement and dimension to the design.

Standing approximately 5" high, Little Ballerina Rose is a delightful example of Betty Harrington's whimsical mid-century Ceramic Arts Studio figurines.
