ITEM DESCRIPTION

This Consolidated Glass rose bowl features a classic Shell & Seaweed design executed in delicate gold enamel over a soft pink cased satin glass body. The lower portion displays a molded shell pattern that transitions smoothly into a rounded upper form, creating a pleasing balance between texture and smooth surface.

The decoration consists of finely applied gold trailing in a seaweed motif, accented with small enamel jewel details that add subtle color contrast. The satin finish softens the overall appearance and enhances the pastel tone of the glass.

This form and decoration are characteristic of Consolidated Glass production during the early 20th century, combining pressed pattern work with hand-applied enamel decoration.

ITEM CONDITION

This rose bowl is in Excellent Vintage Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Flea Bites. NOTE: There is light wear to the gold enamel, along with minor base wear and light surface wear consistent with age and normal use. The enamel decoration remains well preserved. See pictures for details.
