PATTERN & DESIGN

This Royal Copley planter features a charming Mid-Century floral design formed from a row of overlapping tulip blossoms. Each flower is modeled with raised petal details and softly shaded from aqua blue into dusty pink, creating the distinctive ombre effect associated with colorful Royal Copley pottery. The flowers rest on a molded blue base with flowing leaf-like contours, while the softly scalloped upper rim follows the shape of the individual blossoms. The pastel coloring, dimensional floral form, and hand-finished appearance make this a classic example of Royal Copley's decorative American pottery from the 1940s and 1950s.
