ITEM DESCRIPTION
This Fasold & Stauch Germany Porcelain Goose Girl Figurine is in Excellent Vintage Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing. Made in Germany, this charming vintage figurine dates to approximately the 1930s-1950s and measures approximately 4" tall.
The figurine depicts a young girl walking among a group of geese while carrying a large bowl in her arms. She is beautifully dressed in a yellow apron over a blue and white plaid skirt, with a gray bonnet framing her face and bright reddish-brown shoes.
Two geese surround the girl, creating a wonderfully animated farmyard scene. One walks directly beside her feet while the others follow behind. The combination of the girl's expressive face, flowing clothing, oversized bowl and individually modeled birds gives the figurine considerable character and movement.
The underside bears the Fasold & Stauch factory mark, identifying the German porcelain maker.

Fasold & Stauch was a German porcelain manufacturer located in Bock-Wallendorf, Thuringia, an area with a long tradition of fine porcelain production. The company produced a variety of decorative porcelain figures and other wares and became particularly known for its colorful figural pieces.
Vintage Fasold & Stauch figurines are recognized for their detailed modeling, expressive subjects and hand-painted decoration and remain collectible examples of 20th-century German porcelain.
PATTERN & DESIGN
This delightful Goose Girl design captures a traditional European country scene, with a young girl carrying a bowl while three geese gather around her.
The girl's yellow apron and blue and white plaid skirt provide a colorful contrast to the white, gray and black plumage of the geese. Her gray bonnet, rosy cheeks and reddish-brown shoes add further hand-painted detail.
The arrangement of the three geese around the girl's feet creates a lively composition, while the oval porcelain base brings all of the figures together into a charming miniature farmyard scene.
This measures 4" High x 3 1/2" Wide base. I have provided many pictures to best describe the condition of this Figurine.
