Victoria C&E Cartwright & Edwards England English Roses 2 3/4" Cup & Saucer 1936–1955

This set is in Excellent Vintage Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing. Beautiful Victoria C&E cup and saucer featuring delicate pink roses with soft green foliage and rich gold gilt trim. Elegant scalloped rim and classic English tea form.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

This is a vintage Victoria pattern cup and saucer made by Cartwright & Edwards in England. The “Victoria C&E England” crown mark was introduced around 1936, placing this set in the mid-20th century production period.

Cartwright & Edwards operated out of Longton, Staffordshire, one of the historic centers of English pottery production. The Victoria line represents their finer porcelain output, often produced for both domestic use and export markets.

The design features classic English rose sprays in soft pink tones with subtle purple accents, arranged against a creamy white ground. The rim and handle are accented with gold gilt, and the gently scalloped edge adds to the refined presentation.

ITEM CONDITION

Excellent Vintage Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing. Gold trim is well preserved with only very light wear consistent with age.
